Not everyone in business just needs help in one area or require only a few hours of consultation. If your like most small businesses, you may only see the main problem. When in fact, there is always an underlying issue somewhere in the organization that is often overlooked. Our consulting is based on taking a deep look at your entire business and staff. Then offer new ideas and encourage creative initiatives from strategy through implementation. We can help from company formation to updating an existing business.

Consulting Package

The Standard package includes twice a month sixty to ninety-minute on-site consultation meetings to discuss business and marketing strategies and to work together on projects. This time can include meetings with vendors, event development, team meetings, advising on technology, hands-on training and more. In addition, Silver Members can personally check-in by phone with us for a thirty-minute consultation as needed, to discuss their business. We will also review documents emailed for advice and review.

Custom Package

This custom program is designed to meet the client’s needs and provides much more involved planning and consultation from North West Consulting. The Custom Package is only for the committed individual or organization that is determined to see significant change and includes four sixty to ninety-minute on-site consultations a month and up to one managed event or team training workshop a quarter. In addition, Gold Members can personally check-in with consultant for a thirty-minute consultation as needed, to discuss their business.
