The heart of every successful business lies in marketing. So, will your business be successful or not – it all depends on the marketing experience. The things that every good marketing should cover are advertising, promotions, public relations and sales.

If you don’t have proper marketing, you can offer the best products in your niche but no one would even hear of it. So, without proper marketing, your company would likely close because your sales would crash. Marketing coaching sessions can include up to 2 individuals. If more is required, then we can provide you additional options to accomplish this, as more time will be required.

Although your business may have a Sales Manager in title, they have to be a Sales Coach in function. Sales coaching, like any other type of coaching, requires a unique, one-on-one approach to each sales rep and not a “one size fits all” approach.

An important thing to note is that to be an effective sales coach requires you to spend one-on-one dedicated time with each sales rep regularly. The Standard package includes twice a month sixty to ninety-minute on-site consultation meetings to discuss business and marketing strategies and to work together on projects. This time can include meetings with vendors, event development, team meetings, advising on technology, hands-on training and more. In addition, Silver Members can personally check-in by phone with us for a thirty-minute consultation as needed, to discuss their business. We will also review documents emailed for advice and review.

This custom program is designed to meet the client’s needs and provides much more involved planning and consultation from North West Consulting. The Custom Package is only for the committed individual or organization that is determined to see significant change and includes four sixty to ninety-minute on-site consultations a month and up to one managed event or team training workshop a quarter. In addition, Gold Members can personally check-in with consultant for a thirty-minute consultation as needed, to discuss their business.

Business letters are used to communicate with individuals outside of the office. Recipients may include customers, colleagues in other businesses, service providers, professionals who advise the business, government officials and job applicants.

A business letter is usually formatted in block style, in which all of the elements of the letter, except the letterhead, are aligned with the left margin. It can be emailed or delivered by mail. If a letter is sent in the text of an email, the sender includes his name, job title and contact information at the bottom of the email.

Business reports convey information in a format that is more formal and usually longer than a letter. Reports cover a variety of topics, such as safety compliance, sales figures, financial data, feasibility studies and marketing plans.

They may include statistics, charts, graphs, images, case studies and survey results. Some reports are published for the benefit of investors. If a report is periodic, such as a monthly sales report, a template is used for convenience and to enable comparison with previous reports.

An insurance agent, for example, generates insurance applications and policies, while a lender uses loan applications and mortgage documents. In some fields, businesses enter into agreements and contracts with others; these documents might be drafted by the company’s lawyer.
